The most popular months for trekking in the Everest region are March, April, May, October and November, as these months are when the conditions are at their best. The spring and the autumn tend to offer reasonable temperatures, clear skies, little-to-no rain, and less chance of problematic snowfall.

What is the trail like?

The trekking route is medium types of route so that proper training will help you to finish the trek with few problem.

The route is uneven and unpaved so we will be walking rough path.

The route includes doing many ups and downs. 

The highest point we will be reaching is Kala Patthar at 5550m.Each day we will be gaining an altitude of 500-600 m.

We will be walking 5-6 hours everyday so appropriate exercise routine may be helpful.
